E-mails containing patient- or health related information will not be replied to or forwarded
Due to the fact that e-mail is not a secure communication method, we are unable to reply to or forward e-mails which contain patient- or health-related information, by e-mail. This includes information regarding billing and other inquries related to patient care.
Such e-mails will be printed out and conveyed internally in the hospital on paper. However, this may cause unnecessary delays.

Change of appointment
You can request a change of an appointment by contacting us via the electronic service Avbestille eller endre time ("Change of appointment").

Requests concering change of appointment sent by e-mail, will not be answered or forwarded.
Requests regarding treatment in the hospital
All requests conserning treatment in the hospital must be handled by your family doctor/general practitioner, who will send a referral to the hospital according to current guidelines.
