GAT (Grip Ability Test)

Kort beskrivelse :

GAT er en kortversjon av Sollermanns håndfunksjonstest, og tester håndfunksjon. GAT kan brukes for å vurdere håndfunksjon, og for å evaluere effekt/nytte av tiltak for å bedre håndfunksjon både på individ- og gruppenivå.

For å utføre Gat trengs følgende utstyr: stoppeklokke, litermål, et vannglass, en tubigrip-strømpe, en konvolutt og en binders. Tre oppgaver utføres på tid (målt i sekunder):

  • Helle vann i et glass
  • Sette binders på en konvolutt
  • Trekke en strømpe over ikke- dominant hånd.

    Testen tar ca. 5 minutter å utføre.
